The Artisan is a new, mixed-use, modern apartment community. It was designed to both reflect the character of its arts-focused neighborhood and meet the needs of future residents. The Artisan offers an array of amenities, including spacious lounges, outdoor gathering areas, music studios, a fitness center featuring a “Cardio Theater,” and retail space—all thoughtfully integrated to foster creativity and connection.
This design process focused on creating a living environment that truly serves its residents and complements the surrounding community. Justin worked as a Project Manger at Grimm and Parker on the project and oversaw the completion of contract documents, BIM modeling, consultant coordination, project management, and construction administration.
