MiXt Food Hall is a vibrant community gathering space designed to celebrate local culinary talent and cultural diversity.
“Our primary focus is to serve as an incubator and support network for aspiring chefs looking to turn their concept into a business and their dream into a reality. Our culinary artists are inspired by their cultural and familial experiences, crafting delicious meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.” – MiXt website.
The food hall features a bar, event space, social workspace, art studios, and public exhibition area. Justin worked as a Project Manger at Grimm and Parker on the project and oversaw the completion of contract documents, BIM modeling, consultant coordination, project management, and construction administration.
