Nusheen Majidi
Nusheen has been part of the Ven team for over three years, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by her Master in Architecture, Master in Real Estate Development, and Graduate Certificate in Urban Planning. Her favorite part of the job helping clients envision new possibilities for their spaces during the Schematic Design phase — blending creativity with strategic thinking to unlock the full potential of each project.
Ian Rosario
Ian joined the Ven team 4 years ago and has been a contributor to a range of projects. He has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Minor in Real Estate Development. His favorite part of the job is transforming design concepts into clear, buildable drawing sets that empower contractors to bring the vision to life. He also loves to create renderings for clients!
